o Saw cut and haul off 4,442 SqFt concrete.
o Form and pour 3,500 PSI Concrete with a broom finish.
o Reinforced with #3 rebar 18” o.c.e.w.
o Includes black fiber expansion joints, Sealed with Self Leveling Polyurethane Sealant
o Maintain present elevations to match adjacent concrete.
o Adjust elevation as needed for proper drainage.
80 LF of Curb and Gutter
o Saw cut concrete and gutter and haul off spoils.
o Install expansion joint along the curb and sidewalk joint, Sealed with Self Leveling Polyurethane Sealant.
o Pour 3,500 PSI concrete with a broom finish.
o Reinforced with #3 rebar 18” o.c.e.w.
210 SqFt 4” Sidewalk
o o Saw cut and haul off 210 SqFt concrete.
o Form and pour 3,000 PSI Concrete with a broom finish.
o Reinforced with #3 rebar 24” o.c.e.w.
o Includes black fiber expansion joints, Sealed with Self Leveling Polyurethane Sealant
o Maintain present elevations to match adjacent concrete.
Re-Stripe
o o Re-stripe parking lot using the existing layout as a guide.
o To be painted with Chlorinated rubber-based traffic paint
o To be painted 300/LF per Gallon.
