We modified a 18,000 SqFt Parking Lot, Line Striped, and Installed Landscape Drains.
Scope of Work
Concrete
o (2) 24” diameter concrete piers with a 48” bell. All piers bid 18’ deep. Piers bid dry. Reinforcement per plans.
o (2) Spot Footers 4’x4’ by 16” Thick. Reinforced per plans.
o Install 18,379 SqFt of 6” of Concrete Paving, per plan. 701 SqFt to be Stamped and Colored (Running Bond Stamp), Remaining SqFt to be broom finish.
o Install 1,106 LF of Concrete Monolithic Curb, per plan.
o Install 999 SqFt of 4” of Concrete Sidewalk, per plan. Broom finish – No Color.
o Install 3,448 SqFt of 4” of Concrete Sidewalk, per plan. Mesquite Stamp – Color.
o Install 1,723 SqFt of 4” of Concrete Sidewalk, per plan. Soapstone Stamp – Color.
o Install 122 SqFt of Cross Walk Pavers – Brick Red.
o 148 LF of 4” PCV Sleeve, materials provided and installed.
Striping
o Install 836’ LF of Parking Stall Striping, Install per plans.
o Install 330’ LF of Cross Hatch Striping, Install per plans.
o Install 521 LF of Fire Lane, Install per plans.
o Install (3) HC Logos, Install per plans.
o Install (3) “No Parking”, Install per plans.
o Install (3) HC Signage, Install per plans.
o Install (2) Stop Signs, Install per plans.
Landscape Drainage
o Install 340’ LF of 6” PVC Drainage Pipe.
o Install (2) D1 – 1 Opening NDS with Metal Grate.
o Install (3) D1 – 2 Opening NDS with Metal Grate.
o Install (4) D2 – 1 Opening NDS with Plastic Grate.
o Install (11) D2 – 2 Opening NDS with Plastic Grate.
o To be tied into the 12” RCP.
