First
o Saw cut and Excavate 357 SqFt paving. Haul off the spoils.
o Excavate 205 LF of Trenches for new electrical to a depth of 42” and haul off spoils. Install 6” of Sand, install (6) Conduits (2 from pole to transformer and (4) from transformer to Building, and fill trench with a 1,500 psi flowable fill. To be completed in (2) Phases.
o 130’ LF from the Light Pole to the Transformer Pad.
o 57’ LF Ground Wire from the Transformer Pad to the Building, with (3) Ground Rod Sections.
o 18’ LF for (3) 4” PVC Conduits from the Transformer Pad to the Building.
o Install (1) precast Transformer Pad per the 750 – 1000 KVA Spec, pour piers and thickened edge per plans.
o Install 357 SqFt of 8” Thick Paving. Reinforcement to be #4 rebar and rebar dowels 18” o.c.e.w. pour 3,500 PSI concrete.
o Includes 32 LF of Curb surrounding the transformer slab above normal grade.
o Move (1) Gutter to allow for new electrical panel.

Second
o Saw cut and Excavate 330 SqFt Concrete paving. Haul off the spoils.
o Saw cut and Excavate 1,764 SqFt Asphalt paving. Haul off the spoils.
o Saw cut and Excavate 574 SqFt Dirt Area. Haul off the spoils.
o Excavate 70’ of new drainage to take the (2) gutters and drain them underground, install 70’ LF of Corrugated outside smooth inside drainage pipe, and back fill using onsite spoils.
o Install (1) Catch Basin and tie into the Gutter Drainpipe – Corrugated outside smooth inside drain pipe to be used.
o Re-grade the area for proper drainage away from the building.
o Install 2,311 SqFt of 8” Thick Paving. Reinforcement to be #4 rebar and rebar dowels 18” o.c.e.w. pour 3,500 PSI concrete.
o Includes 120 LF of Curb along fence.

Third
o Excavate 247 LF of Trenches for drainage and store spoils onsite for backfilling.
o Install 247 LF of Corrugated outside smooth inside drainage pipe. To be tied into the existing gutters and into the existing drain box.
o Back fill as needed using the existing spoils.
